At Premium Pouches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help with a simple and clear return process.

Returns

You may return any unopened products within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging.

  • In the same condition as when you received them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, damaged or are not in their original condition due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@premiumpouches.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  1. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions.

  2. Send the product back to us as instructed.

  3. Once we receive your items, we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.
